How long does a Maison Aura fragrance last?+

Our 500 mL diffuser oils typically last 4 – 6 months in a mid-sized room, and our 200 mL bottles 2 – 3 months, depending on diffusion intensity and room size.

Do you ship nationwide?+

Yes. We ship across Nigeria from our Lekki, Lagos studio. Complimentary delivery on orders over ₦240,000.

Can I use your oils in any diffuser?+

Our oils are formulated for cold-air atomising and nebulising diffusers such as the K58 and X10S. They are not intended for heat-based burners.

Do you supply hotels and commercial spaces?+

Yes the K58 Series is designed for lobbies, showrooms and hospitality interiors up to 1,000 m². Contact us at info@maisonaurang.com for a bespoke consultation.

What is your returns policy?+

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, opened bottles cannot be returned. Unopened items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
